The Mabel Lee Walton House breathes beauty and order. Everywhere there is evidence of Tri Sigma history, gifts of love, and wonders to discover. The Walton family built the house in 1914, the year after Mabel Lee Walton became Tri Sigma’s third and ultimately longest-serving national president. Today, Muhlenberg Hall’s Colonial Revival style stands out among the other grand houses that line the street. More than a heart home to our national headquarters, it is a place where members feel connected to the past, present and future of Tri Sigma.

We introduce you to The Heart Home. This 2019 Red Wine is an artful red blend created by winemaker Todd Heth. This wine exhibits dark blackberry, bing cherry and plum notes perfectly into layers of coffee and tobacco. The finish is dry with long lasting berry fruit. Silky but firm tannins, this wine is enjoyable now but has the ability to age well in the cellar.

Tasting Notes

Crafted in the traditional Bordeaux style, this red blend is anchored by Cabernet Sauvignon and complemented by select red varietals. Rich aromas of black cherry, ripe blackberry, and dark plum unfold with refined layers of espresso, cedar, tobacco, and subtle baking spice. The palate is beautifully structured, revealing depth, polished tannins, and balance. A long, graceful finish lingers with notes of dark berry fruit and savory complexity, promising both enjoyment and the potential to evolve beautifully with age.
