Inspired by the eight young men whose friendship founded Sigma Alpha Epsilon in 1856, The Founders’ Table celebrates Good Will, Honor, Fellowship and the enduring tradition of gathering together. Crafted for the season, this 2023 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir offers layers of ripe cherry, cherry cola and black licorice, followed by fall leaves, cardamom, sassafras and warm barrel spice. Fine tannins and bright acidity lead to an elegant finish, perfect for sharing around the table with brothers and friends.

The 2023 vintage will be remembered for its cool conditions throughout the summer and into harvest, shaping a beautifully expressive Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley. Layered aromas of blackberry, baking spices, cranberry, cardamom, anise and floral rose burst forth on the nose, while zingy cherry juice, cola nut, black tea, pomegranate, and hints of lemon zest unfold on the palate of this lush round Pinot that is braced by bright acidity.
