Wine Information:
Cable Zero:
During a historic showdown in the “Big Easy,” the final battle was anything but. The shutdown, lights-out defense led by Legends was called to protect a goal line once more. Seven yards & 2:39 to hold, and the confetti-shower, hoisting-trophy moment belongs to Baltimore. First down, two yards. Second down, incomplete pass. Third down, incomplete pass—again. The last down, the fourth down. With the energy of a game-clinching play, one last call, one last blitz—“A darn good blitz.”
We introduce you to Cable Zero. From the Russian River Valley AVA of Sonoma County, this beautiful wine is influenced mostly by the fog of the AVA and is very aromatic, with a velvet mouthfeel, and has a fruit character that is ripe and intense.
Corvus Corax:
The Raven. A perching predator fearless in habit and cunning with cognition. Scorched feathers and severing talons flock upon scavenged carnage. A clever trickster imitating and mocking its unexpecting prey. An ill omen, a prophecy, a heraldic symbol, a creator & protector. We are the unkindness.
We introduce you to Corvus Corax. This flagship Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic representation of the appellation’s preeminent varietal. Notes of black cherry, blackberry and plum are complemented by hits of toasted oak, dried currant and baking spice. Fine-grained tannins and ample brightness on the palate give way to a polished mouthfeel and exceptionally long finish.
Chesepiooc Way:
A living system with dynamic intricacies as unique as the many creeks and tributaries. A home for the fastest trade sailing ship—sleek, maneuverable, cast with large sails to canvas the wind. A defender of a booming port city threatened by British invasion, inspiration to the Anthem heard nationwide. The working state boat dredging natural resources in shallow waters for midsummer seafood soirees. It’s the way of life for many Marylanders, in both beauty and bounty.
We introduce you to Chesepiooc Way. This Chardonnay is a real gem. Hailing from the cool and foggy climate for the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County, this beautiful medium-bodied wine was grown slowly to build intense flavors over time. This wine was aged in French oak and displays a beautiful balance of fruit, oak and liveliness on the palate and exhibits lush mango and toasted almond. Balanced fruit with tarte acidity makes this wine a classic example of Premium Russian River Chardonnay.
