1851:
Our founding year, 1851, marked the beginning of a bold new chapter for women. On the campus of Wesleyan Female College, six trailblazers established the first secret society for collegiate women, planting the roots of what would become Alpha Delta Pi. What began as a quiet act of courage is now a global movement defined by sisterhood, service, character, and knowledge. We honor the year our sisterhood started, and the legacy that continues to thrive.
We introduce you to 1851- Our Founding. The 2023 vintage will be remembered for its cool conditions throughout the summer and into harvest, shaping a beautifully expressive Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley. Layered aromas of blackberry, baking spices, cranberry, cardamom, anise and floral rose burst forth on the nose, while zingy cherry juice, cola nut, black tea, pomegranate, and hints of lemon zest unfold on the palate of this lush round Pinot that is braced by bright acidity.
Spring Morning:
On a spring morning in 1851, the soft hazy light of a May dawn cast shadows through the shutters. The six o’clock chapel bell had just rung as Eugenia Tucker lighted her bedside candle. She glanced eagerly toward the windows. Yes, the misty pink rays of the sunrise promised that May 15 would be a beautiful day. The Spring Morning Chardonnay reminds us of our roots at Wesleyan, the first college for women.
We introduce you to Spring Morning. This Chardonnay is a real gem. Hailing from the cool and foggy climate for the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County, this beautiful medium-bodied wine was grown slowly to build intense flavors over time. This wine was aged in French oak and displays a beautiful balance of fruit, oak and liveliness on the palate and exhibits lush mango and toasted almond. Balanced fruit with tarte acidity makes this wine a classic example of Premium Russian River Chardonnay.
Dare to Be:
Dare to be the finest chapters and sisters that you can be. To do less is to deny celebration.” These words spoken by Grand President Virginia Rosenberg Stafford during her 1983 convention keynote remind us to always strive for our very best. To always take intelligent action. To be the first. To be the finest. Our Dare to Be red wine honors the commitment to Alpha Delta Pi shared by all members.
We introduce you to Dare To Be. This 2019 Red Wine is an artful red blend created by winemaker Todd Heth. This wine exhibits dark blackberry, bing cherry and plum notes perfectly into layers of coffee and tobacco. The finish is dry with long lasting berry fruit. Silky but firm tannins, this wine is enjoyable now but has the ability to age well in the cellar.
The Diamond:
One of our symbols from the very beginning, the diamond is instantly recognizable to all Alpha Delta Pi members, and it is only fitting that our champenoise is named for the brightest of jewels. Our founding sisters included “We Live For Each Other” on their beautiful gold badges as represented on the label. A modern touch is shown in the background with one of the new diamond-inspired patterns created for our recently updated brand.
We introduce you to The Diamond. This premium sparkling wine – meticulously and artfully made in the traditional champagne method – rivals anything found from the best Champagne houses in Épernay and Reims. Blended superbly from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this magnificent Napa Valley Brut exhibits rich fruit aromatics of strawberry and delicate white cherry that follows through to a creamy mid-palate accompanied with highlights of lime and wet minerality and a lingering vibrant finish.

We introduce you to I Believe in Alpha Delta Pi. Our classic 2021 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon boasts aromas of blackberry, dark plum, licorice and warm baking spices. On the palate, dark fruit and earthy tobacco notes are threaded with spicy clove, mocha, and vanilla. The finish is refined and polished with a full mouthfeel, plush tannins, and a nice persistent acidity.

The Magic of Alpha Delta Pi Sisterhood always shines at our Grand Convention. From the sharing of our rich history and traditions to creating new memories that last a lifetime, the Convention experience is always one to cherish. In honor of Alpha Delta Pi’s 171st Anniversary Convention in Orlando, Florida, we are pleased to offer this special, limited edition Rosé.
We introduce you to The Magic of Sisterhood, our 2021 Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon. The watermelon and strawberry notes burst out of the glass. When served cool on a warm day, the juicy acidity of the 2021 Rosé makes for a very refreshing and versatile wine, perfect to share on any occasion. Look for the hidden imagery in the rose petals.
