A distinguished expression of Russian River Valley Chardonnay, In The Flame is a limited-production 2021 release with a remarkable connection to California wine history. The fruit was sourced from the same grower and vineyard lot associated with the Chardonnay produced by Château Montelena for the historic 1976 Judgment of Paris, adding an extraordinary sense of provenance to every bottle.

Alluring aromas of honeysuckle, quince, butterscotch, and crème brûlée unfold into delicate notes of poached pear and vanilla. Rich yet beautifully balanced, the palate reveals layers of baked orchard fruit, toasted hazelnut, and lemon meringue, culminating in a long, elegant finish.
Limited in production and exceptional in pedigree, In The Flame is a Chardonnay with a story as memorable as the wine itself.
