Nouveau wines are vinified quickly via carbonic maceration and made in a drink-now style. Our Nouveau is a fully formed wine, despite its exceptional youth. The color is a bright ruby red. The nose is serious and wild, with crushed raspberries and roses. The palate is surprisingly structured with a length uncommon in a wine of its age. We recommend serving chilled and enjoy with the return of the spring flowers.
