Always intensely interested in government, Johnson served two terms in the West Virginia House of Delegates. He actively corresponded with many of his Delt brothers and joyfully conducted pilgrimages to Bethany College. One of Johnson’s favorite pastimes was conducting tours of Bethany and pointing out the room where Delta Tau Delta was founded.

This proprietary red blend – from award-winning winemaker Todd Heth – exhibits dark blackberry, bing cherry and plum notes perfectly into layers of coffee and tobacco. The finish is dry with long lasting berry fruit. With silky but firm tannins, this wine is enjoyable now but has the ability to age well in the cellar.
