Wine Information:
The Crow:
Throughout history and human mythology, the crow has been a larger-than-life symbol. A carrion feeder, a crow eats the dead. Much of our folklore – no matter the culture – paints the crow as a herald or harbinger of death. In Yellowstone, the crow taunts John Dutton directly with his fate.
We introduce you to The Crow. This beautiful Pinot Noir is influenced mostly by the fog of the AVA and is very aromatic, with a velvet mouthfeel, and has a fruit character that is ripe and intense.

The Bear:
The Greater Yellowstone ecosystem and northwest Montana are the only areas south of Canada that still have large Grizzly bear populations. Grizzly bears are considered a keystone species, meaning they are very important to the wildlife and environment. As an apex predator, they are at the top of the food chain and are not preyed on by any other animal. Humans are the biggest threat to the Grizzly bear, and this holds true both literally and metaphorically in season 1, episode 7, “A Monster Is Among Us,” when a Grizzly bear confronts a pair of tourists.
We introduce you to The Bear. This proprietary red blend – from our award-winning winemaker Todd Heth – exhibits dark blackberry, bing cherry, and plum notes perfectly into layers of coffee and tobacco. The finish is dry with long-lasting berry fruit. Silky but firm tannins, this wine is enjoyable now but has the ability to age well in the cellar.
