The 2019 “The Values Collection” Red Wine is an artful red blend created by winemaker Todd Heth. This wine exhibits dark blackberry, bing cherry and plum notes perfectly into layers of coffee and tobacco. The finish is dry with long lasting berry fruit. Silky but firm tannins, this wine is enjoyable now but has the ability to age well in the cellar.

Bold & Courageous:

When Gamma Phi Beta’s four founders entered Syracuse University in the early 1870s, they were among a small but bold contingent of women intent on seeking higher education. To knowingly enter a difficult environment took courage and despite the gender disparity they faced, they persevered and completed their degrees. To combat these challenges, Helen, Frances, Addie and Mary created our True and Constant sisterhood, a welcoming haven that offered support, acceptance, enrichment and love for female students. This bottle’s label is inspired by an illustration that appeared in The Crescent in the early 20th century.

Like our Founders, First Moon’s Bold and Courageous Pinot Noir is not afraid to forge its unique path.

We introduce you to our Bold & Courageous Pinot Noir. From the Russian River Valley AVA of Sonoma County, this beautiful wine is influenced mostly by the fog of the AVA and is very aromatic, with a velvet mouthfeel, and has a fruit character that is ripe and intense.

Pink Petals:

Awarded at a banquet. Incorporated into a bridal bouquet. Pinned to a hat. Pink carnations are at the heart of Gamma Phi Beta celebrations. Chosen as the Sorority’s official flower because of its beauty and long-lasting fragrance, the carnation symbolizes enduring love amongst our sisters. When we see its pink petals, we are reminded of that love. And just like our flower, this rosé is best when shared between sisters. The label artwork, “Carnations of Four, but There is No End,” is an original piece by Laura Lee Hallada (California State-Fullerton) inspired by Gamma Phi Beta’s four Founders.

We introduce you to Pink Petals, our 2021 Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon. The watermelon and strawberry notes burst out of the glass. When served cool on a warm day, the juicy acidity of the 2021 Rosé makes for a very refreshing and versatile wine, perfect to share on any occasion. Look for the hidden imagery in the rose petals.

1874 Reserve:

Whether you spot a crescent on a tile, necklace or shining in the sky, odds are you think of Gamma Phi Beta and the countless friendships and memories created. The crescent moon is one of the most frequently recognized symbols of Gamma Phi Beta, and it means so much to each member who knows its true meaning. No matter where you are in the world, when you look up in the night sky and see a waxing crescent – the first moon – you’ll always think of our sisterhood. Our 1874 Reserve brut sparkling was created to celebrate the best of times with our sisters.

This premium sparkling wine – meticulously and artfully made in the traditional champagne method – rivals anything found from the best Champagne houses in Épernay and Reims. Blended superbly from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this magnificent Napa Valley Brut exhibits rich fruit aromatics of strawberry and delicate white cherry that follows through to a creamy mid-palate accompanied with highlights of lime and wet minerality and a lingering vibrant finish.
