In the Victorian era (1837 – 1901) a complex set of rules dictated the language a writer would use depending on their closeness and familiarity with the recipient. When Delta Gammas began using “In The Bonds” to close their letter to each other in the 1880s it signaled a lifelong, everlasting relationship. We introduce you to our ITB Pinot Noir. From the Russian River Valley AVA of Sonoma County, this beautiful wine is influenced mostly by the fog of the AVA and is very aromatic, with a velvet mouthfeel, and has a fruit character that is ripe and intense.
