Our Creed’s first line captures what every Alpha Sigma Tau knows to be true: our shared values are a permanent part of our lives. We honor our Creed with our inaugural Creed Collection bottle, featuring a 1973 National Headquarters Fund logo.

This sense of permanence keeps us connected to each other, for as the fund’s chairman, Lois Schweikart O’Dell (Lambda 1938/Temple), once wrote, “No matter how far or where a Sister roams, she will always know that she can keep in touch with Alpha Sigma Tau.”

We introduce you to Permanence & Loveliness. This proprietary red blend – from our award-winning winemaker Todd Heth – exhibits dark blackberry, bing cherry and plum notes perfectly into layers of coffee and tobacco. The finish is dry with long lasting berry fruit. Silky but firm tannins, this wine is enjoyable now but has the ability to age well in the cellar.

Ypsilanti, Mich:

“ In 1899, in Ypsilanti, Mich! Eight great girls sat right down and made themselves a wish!” This beloved recruitment cheer has gotten thousands of Sisters “fired up” over the years. For many of us, singing recruitment cheers in sync with our Sisters are some of our fondest memories. This cheer was less about the words—it was about feeling perfectly in unison with one another and electrified by our Sisterhood. The Ypsilanti, Mich Pinot Noir honors the spirit and pride we feel when we cheer from the rooftops about Alpha Sigma Tau.

Our Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara County experiences a lengthy and cool growing season that is similar to the climate of the Burgundy region of east-central France. Unlike Burgundy, our Pinot Noir experiences dense fog that rolls in off the Pacific Ocean; this fog contributes to the ideal climate for Pinot Noir, offering just enough moisture to be beneficial without lingering too long.

This Pinot Noir has aromas of cherries, raspberries, blackberries, and brown sugar with notes of baking spices. On the palate, the wine opens with bright, fruit flavors of strawberries, leading to a round mouthfeel on the mid-palate and soft, velvety tannins on a long, elegant finish.

Yellow Rose:

Just like our Sisters, yellow roses are beautiful individually—and even more beautiful as a bouquet.

To most, a yellow rose represents friendship, but for Alpha Sigma Taus, this cherished symbol strikes a louder chord. When we see a yellow rose, we know our Sisters are nearby—even if only in our hearts. From Initiation day to wedding celebrations to life events in between, the presence of the yellow rose reminds us of our “Sisters who are more than friends.”

We introduce you to Yellow Rose. Hailing from the cool and foggy climate for the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County, this beautiful medium-bodied wine was grown slowly to build intense flavors over time. This wine was aged in French oak and displays a beautiful balance of fruit, oak and liveliness on the palate and exhibits lush mango and toasted almond. Balanced fruit with tarte acidity makes this wine a classic example of Premium Russian River Chardonnay.

Six Stars:

On the Alpha Sigma Tau Crest, the six stars shine to remind us to appreciate the beauty in life—to remember every day is an opportunity to celebrate our achievements, friendships, and Sisterhood. The Six Stars Champagne was created in honor of celebrating meaningful moments with our Sisters.

We introduce you to Six Stars. This premium sparkling wine – meticulously and artfully made in the traditional champagne method – rivals anything found from the best Champagne houses in Épernay and Reims. Blended superbly from 100% Chardonnay, this magnificent Napa Valley Blanc de Blancs exhibits beautiful green apple and tropical notes in the aroma follows through in the mouth with a smooth fine mousse. This wine finishes with refreshing, lingering light tropical flavors that beg for another sip.
