Wine Information:

Marching In:

The sounds of fans, music, and revelry pour through the streets as the black and gold faithful march into Caesars Superdome. You’re in that number now. Get up, get loud, raise your glass, and celebrate a victory.

We introduce you to Marching In. Our Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara County experiences a lengthy and cool growing season that is similar to the climate of the Burgundy region of east-central France. Unlike Burgundy, our Pinot Noir experiences dense fog that rolls in off the Pacific Ocean; this fog contributes to the ideal climate for Pinot Noir, offering just enough moisture to be beneficial without lingering too long.

Marching In has aromas of cherries, raspberries, blackberries, and brown sugar with notes of baking spices. On the palate, the wine opens with bright, fruit flavors of strawberries, leading to a round mouthfeel on the mid-palate and soft, velvety tannins on a long, elegant finish.

Celebrate the unique culture and traditions of New Orleans and the Saints!

Second Line:

In New Orleans, celebrating can take many forms, and one of our favorites is the second line. The sights and sounds of a brass band coming down the street are an invitation to join the party, march on, and raise a glass — and there’s no better feeling than being in that number.

We introduce you to Second Line. From the chalky soil of the Carneros region in southern Napa Valley, this gem exhibits lush green apple and bright grapefruit notes while dancing across your palate. This stunning wine is light and friendly, with very subtle vanilla and pear blossom hints on the nose. Balanced fruit with tart acidity makes this wine a classic example of premium Napa Chardonnay.

Front Porch:

You can’t get more “New Orleans” than sitting on the porch sipping a drink. That’s where the best stories and memories are shared. You can find us there with our tribe of family, friends, and neighbors celebrating on Saint's gamedays, partying during Mardi Gras, or any given Tuesday. So go ahead - fly your flag, grab a glass, and sit a spell.

We introduce you to Front Porch. This proprietary red blend – from our award-winning winemaker Todd Heth – exhibits dark blackberry, bing cherry, and plum notes perfectly into layers of coffee and tobacco. The finish is dry with long lasting berry fruit. Silky but firm tannins, this wine is enjoyable now but has the ability to age well in the cellar.

Parasol:

The parasol has long been a symbol of our city’s penchant for celebrations. It is the perfect accessory to celebrate a Saints’ victory — preferably while we boogie down with seventy-thousand of our closest friends in Caesars Superdome. Cheers, we’ll drink to that.

We introduce you to Parasol. This premium sparkling wine – meticulously and artfully made in the traditional champagne method – rivals anything found from the best Champagne houses in Épernay and Reims. Blended superbly with 100% Pinot Noir, this magnificent Napa Valley Blanc de Noirs exhibits rich fruit aromatics of strawberry and delicate white cherry that follows through to a creamy mid-palate accompanied with highlights of lime and wet minerality and a lingering vibrant finish.

Sunday Best:

Something about New Orleans on a Sunday brings out the best in the city and its people. Whether you’re savoring a great meal with family, wandering through the faubourgs with friends, or cheering on the Saints with neighbors, may your “go cup” never be empty.

We introduce you to Sunday Best. This flagship Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic representation of the appellation’s preeminent varietal. Notes of black cherry, blackberry and plum are complemented by hits of toasted oak, dried currant and baking spice. Fine-grained tannins and ample brightness on the palate give way to a polished mouthfeel and exceptionally long finish.

Celebrate the unique culture and traditions of New Orleans and the Saints!

Fairwinds 2021 Rosé of Cabernet:

Our Rose of Cabernet 2021 hails from the Russian River Valley, offering a delightful expression of Cabernet Sauvignon in rosé form. Vibrant aromas of fresh strawberries and watermelon precede flavors of red berries and citrus zest. A crisp acidity and a hint of floral notes on the finish make this rosé a perfect companion for sunny days.
