Featuring bright fruit flavors of strawberry, leading to a well-rounded mouthfeel on the mid-palate, and with soft, velvety tannins on a long, elegant finish. CSWY will have you singing along glass after glass.
We introduce you to CSWY. Our Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara County experiences a lengthy and cool growing season that is similar to the climate of the Burgundy region of east-central France. Unlike Burgundy, our Pinot Noir experiences dense fog that rolls in off the Pacific Ocean; this fog contributes to the ideal climate for Pinot Noir, offering just enough moisture to be beneficial without lingering too long.
This Pinot Noir has aromas of cherries, raspberries, blackberries, and brown sugar with notes of baking spices. On the palate, the wine opens with bright, fruit flavors of strawberries, leading to a round mouthfeel on the mid-palate and soft, velvety tannins on a long, elegant finish.

Release your inner showgirl with Yellow Feather Chardonnay! You don’t have to be named Lola to enjoy this provocative wine at the Copa or on your private dance floor doing the cha-cha. Like music and passion, this wine will never go out of fashion.
From the chalky soil of the Carneros region in southern Napa Valley, this release of Yellow Feather Chardonnay exhibits lush green apple and bright grapefruit notes while dancing across your palate. This stunning wine is light and friendly with very subtle vanilla and pear blossom hints on the nose. Balanced fruit with tarte acidity makes this wine a classic example of Premium Napa Chardonnay.
FERMATA:
Like the long note at the end of “I Write The Songs,” Fermata will captivate you with its layered finish. This wine may not make you write the songs, but you’ll definitely want to sing it to the world.
We introduce you to Fermata. This proprietary red blend – from our award-winning winemaker Todd Heth – exhibits dark blackberry, bing cherry and plum notes perfectly into layers of coffee and tobacco. The finish is dry with long lasting berry fruit. Silky but firm tannins, this wine is enjoyable now but has the ability to age well in the cellar.
M:
We’ve captured all the Manilow magic, all the passion, and yes – even the glowsticks in this bottle. Honestly, we wouldn’t be surprised if confetti shot out of this bottle instead of wine and you hear “It’s A Miracle” playing in the background. Warning: consumption of this wine will leave you “Dancin’ In The Aisles.”

This premium sparkling wine is meticulously crafted using the traditional Champagne method, comparable to the finest offerings from renowned Champagne houses in Épernay and Reims. Expertly blended with 100% Chardonnay, this exceptional Blanc de Blancs from the Los Carneros AVA of Napa Valley showcases exquisite green apple and tropical notes that are carried through on the palate with a smooth, fine mousse. The wine concludes with refreshing, lingering light tropical flavors that entice another sip.
